1, Solution for dust pollution prevention and control
1. Cold aggregate feeding system
At the position of cold feeder and cold feed belt conveyor in dry climate(or dry aggregate), when forklift loads the base material into ground aggregate hopper, a lot of dust will rise; when the belt conveyor feeding, because of the stone drop and velocity shock, dust would also be generated especially for high dust content fine aggregate (the maximum content of dust may reach 25% or more).
In response to these phenomena, we mounted segregated dust collection device on each cold feeder, and add a special bag filter for collecting rising dust generated during forklift loading and belt conveyor feeding.
And adopt real-time magnetic induction tracking technology, when the loader feeding, the duct valve dust of the dust collection device on the cold hopper will be automatically opened to allow dust to enter the bag filter.
Belt feeders and belt conveyors use closed transport way, dust inlet is set in the key position of dust, and air flow is adjustable, collected dust will be sent to the bag filter for centralized treatment.
2, Drying system
Cylinder is covered by rock wool insulation layer and placed stainless steel plate of outer layer, thermal insulation, sound insulation; cylinder ends sealed by labyrinth seal + high temperature rubber sheet seal; the dryer is installed with pressure instrument and linked with the inducted draft fan, so that the dryer is always in the negative pressure state, no dust spills.
3, Main building system
Vibrating screen, hot stone weighing hopper and hot aggregate silos, mixing tank junction adopts the new high-temperature composite sealing material connecting structure; Stone weighing hopper door hinge using made-to-order seals; vibrating screen top increases secondary ventilation device , balancing equipment internal pressure and collecting dust for centralized processing, making the main building always under state of negative pressure during working; Thus ensuring the device isolated from the outside when using, no leakage, to prevent the overflow of dust of the main mixing building.
