Advantage for Xitong bitumen, aggregate and filler mixing equipment:
1, Double-open door for asphalt product emptying,which has electrical heating device, emptying passageway is set especially for waste material, the whole silo body is heat insulated and equipped with anti-segregation device.
2,For cold aggregate feeding system, 5 recuders with frequency control for reasonable grading, which could adjust speed freely, separation net is fixed at inlet of each hopper when aggregate feeding from loader, at outlet of ground hopper, adjustable doors and blanking warning device are set; select imported bearings for four support rollers on drying drum; at the outlet there is temperature measuring equipment; at the outside of dryer, 5mm rock cover up dryer body for higher heat utilization, which is also easy to change.
3, Fuel for burner is optional etiher diesel or heavy oil, where air iginition device is set with high successful rate of ignition; adopt medium atomization, to ensure abundant burning
