Advantages for Xitong bitumen mixing plant with aggregate and filler:
1, Twin-open door for raady bitumen mixture product emptying,with Electric Heating Appliances, emptying passageway is set especially for waste material, the whole silo body is heat insulated and equipped with anti-segregation device.
2,On raw aggregate cold feeder, 5 reduction gears with frequency converting control for accurate grading, which could change speed freely, separation screen is fixed at inlet of each ground silo, when aggregate feeding from loader, at outlet of ground silo, adjustable doors and empty warning device are set; imported bearings are chosen for four support rollers on drying drum system; at the outlet there is temperature metering unit; at the outside of dryer, 5mm thickness rockwool covers up dryer body for higher heat insulation, which is also easy to change.
3, Fuel for burner is available either diesel or heavy oil, where air iginition device is set with high successful rate of ignition; apply medium atomization, to ensure burning process smooth
