Description of mixing tower mobile unit
1.0 Mixing building (mobile system )
Vibration screen, hot aggregate material bin and weighing system and mixing tank are mounted on the semi-trailer.
1.1 Vibration screen
The activator driven by double vibrating motor runs directly. Wide inspection door at side of the vibration screen is easy for maintenance and changing screen meshwork.

1.2 Hot aggregate powder bins
The hot aggregate powder bins is heat preservation with 50mm rock cotton, the wall side is covered with tunnel color steel, reduce temperature is difficult for hot aggregate powder in the short time, it’s suitable for ground construction requirement. Every bin had the continued hopper feeder, to detect the full positioning condition in the real-time, and control the positioning condition by computer, each bins had the inspection hole separately, and overflow aggregate powder leads into bins by guidance pipeline.
The hot aggregate powder is stored in 4 pieces of hot aggregate powder bins, and one directly discharging door, and the total capacity is about25t.
