Descrition of environmental index of Xitong environmental protection asphalt batching plant
Xitong people assume the risks, dare to innovate. After six years of continuous innovation, attempt and improvement, Xitong got mature dust and asphalt fume processing technology with independent intellectual property rights, and launched in 2014 a complete QLB-H series of environmentally friendly asphalt mixing equipment, and in May 2015 formally put into use, after the test of practice, the equipment made a breakthrough in the fight against dust and asphalt fume pollution, and truly became a clean, smoke-free, tasteless smart green product. Specific measures are as follows:
Pollution control measures
1, Discharge point----Gravel quarry, vehicle operation area pavement------ Dry fog dust removal system makes dust settling; vehicle operation area regularly watering; ground hardened, strengthen job management, not allowed sprinkling
2, Asphalt mixing plant----Adopt fully environmental protection asphalt mixing plant, unorganized emission turned to organized emission with the help of dust cleaner. Environmental protection measures of the equipment please refer to environmental device introduction.
3, Waste material discharging----Adopt waste material wet treatment device or discharge to the tanker.
4, Asphalt unloading area and asphalt tank---- Adopt asphalt fume purifying machine, release the purified fume to the furnace chimney.
5, Finished material loading area----adopt closed channel for collecting asphalt fume, purified fume by the purifying machine will be burn in the dryer, then release 20meters to the ground.
