Ⅲ Noise treatment
Typically asphalt mixing equipment noise source is produced by the following main parts : Burner air inlet, aggregate falling after screening impacts the hopper, waste overflow slides (special waste materials), and noise issued by the vibration impact when operating due to bad accuracy of manufacturing, sounds made when centrifugal elevator unloading .
Xitong QLB-H series of environmental protection equipment uses the following measures to enable the device to operate in a minimum noise status:
1, Drums, draft fan adopt acoustic treatment;
2, Aggregate silo outer wall adds an insulation layer;
3, Waste overflow pipe is covered with insulation layer;
4, Precision manufacturing, sieve is cut by laser cutting machine, of high precision; Eccentric block molding adopts CNC wire cutting equipment to ensure uniform shape and consistent weight.
Each Xitong made vibrating screen at run time, hardly any sounds on the ground can be heard.
5, Gravity discharge mode (double plate link chain), smooth running, and no aggregate impact sounds.
6, The main building is a fully enclosed structure, internal vibrating screen, hot hopper, weighing hoppers, aggregate elevator and mixing tank outer walls all not also adopt insulation layer, but also soundproof.
