Description of mobile mixing station unit

1, Sieving screen hot stone material silo, weihing system and mixing tank are fixed on same vehicle chassis

Sieving screen is driven by dual vibrating motors,vibration exciter makes rectilinear motion. Service gate  is equipped for easy maintenance and replacing screen meth. 

Remark: 4 decks with 180ton per hour seiving capacity. Drive pwer 3.8KW*2. 4 kinds of hole diameter(4mm,11mm,19mm,30mm) for mesh which could be varied according to different demands.

2, Weighing part

Hot aggregate bin adopts double-stroke air cylinder pushing,arc unloading door,two-stage weihing method that from rought to fine,which would be ajdusted separately to reach highest precision of aggregate weighing.

Stored aggregate in bin would be sent to weihing hopper as ratio, electronic sensor is installed in hopper, two discharging doors are driven by cylinders separately, wide gate is set for quick maintenance.

The asphalt metering hopper had the heat preservation layer, to thermal oil heating and heat preservation, after secondary calculation, asphalt through a spraying pipe crossing the full mixing tank to spray into the mixing tank by the bolt pump evenly.

Bitumen weighing hopper has thermal insulation layer that heated by transfer oil for heat perservation, after twice weihing of bitumen, it would be sprayed evenly into mixer by screw pump through spray thrower horizontally acrossing the whole mixing tank.

Aggregate, fine material and asphalt in the weihing system are serparate and with their own weighing sensor; weighing sensor are connected by using flexible joint bearing for approving weighing accuracy.

Filler passes screw conveyor where there is pneumatic butterfly valve at its outlet, and goes into cone type filler weihing hopper. Air butterfly vavle is mounted at outlet of filler weighing hopper against leakage upon filler weighing.
