2.0 Asphalt heating system

30m³ horizontal asphalt tank, thermal oil furnace and asphalt pump are mounted on one semi-trailer.

2.1 20m³ Horizontal asphalt tank: 1sets

Used for storage and heating asphalt, and thermal oil heating. There are two outlet nozzles.

Circle horizontal tank with handrail, asphalt pipeline, exhaust pipeline, to heat exchange as thermal oil pipeline, the area according to the tank, outward floating liquidometer, tons indicator, dual-metal thermometer, high-efficiency heat-proof tank adopt rock cotton as the insulating material, the appearance adopts color steel cover.

Asphalt pump send asphalt in storage to weighing silo, and there is pneumatic three-way valve inside the storage.

2.2 Thermal Oil Furnace

It had a outward operation cabinet as a free operation part, ring thermal oil pipe is in the oil furnace as heat exchange media, outside covers color steel plate, full auto burner ,heat oil pump, high expand channel.

Function of burner: Full auto ignition & monitor, fuel temperature control, trouble auto alarm

Configuration includes:Pipes, Valves, flanges, metal bushes necessary for all pipelines of thermal oil and asphalt.

Used for storage and heating asphalt, and thermal oil heating.
