1. Introduction of electric control system 

A. Summarization

The electric controlling system of QLB series asphalt plant has an independent center control house and peripheral equipments such as wires and cables, and the control house contains Centralized control room and switch room. The system, containing upper computer unit and the lower programmable controller (PLC) etc, constitutes a distributed computer control system. Each unit communicates with others through standard string of RS232.The system can complete the state-control of each work automatically, namely automatic switch, automatic rationing, compensation for overweighing, fault alarm, report forms storage and print etc, and these are all the control functions needed. Now, the asphalt plants of our company have deluxe software system used for control and surveillance, and the design principle and level of the system is on the foreland of this industry.
