A. Constitution and function of the system
⑴. Central control unit: Control system contains 1 set of Mitsubishi PLC, one Advantech industry control computer, Chi Mei weighing meters, Toledo metering sensors, air-door controller, transducer and low voltage electric components etc. In addition, it also equips relevant keyboard, mouse, color monitor and printer.
⑵. Hot aggregate weighing control unit: 5-grade formula listing, automatically ration according to preset value. Ration aggregate with first cursory then meticulous measuring mode, namely big and small door control. The computer controls the overweighed aggregate compensation with half value each time, making the ration more precise. Allow supplying material manually at the same time. When overweight appears, the asphalt metering control unit will work automatically by adding 10% to the presetted value of asphalt percentage. When mixing and adding asphalt, the computer will calculate the quantity automatically based on the gross quantity of aggregate and filler and the ratio of oil and stone, thus to ensure the ratio of the asphalt absolutely. When overweight appears, the computer will alarm and give cues.
⑶. The filler metering control unit: Decide the ratio list of filler, and calculate filler quantity automatically according to the list. During ration, automatically weigh added and lime filler in batches. When overloading appears, the computer will alarm and give cues.
⑷. Cold feeding control unit: the cold feeding system introduces transducer to achieve stepless timing. The operator inputs the wished percentage firstly, then, the computer control the ration of cold material according to the preseted value after ignited, and achieve adjustment function of the percentage for single hopper or five hoppers simultaneously.
