Summary

Working principle of Asphalt regenerate mixing plant is as follows: combined old material on the road with new material at certain ratio to produce another material for mid layer or bottom road construction requirement. Mixing old material from road and new asphalt mixture or regenerant as a new material is to meet the road requirement. This method is used for more than 20yeards applied in road construction which prove the regenerate mixture road has the same quality as the traditional road quality.

Regenerate old material technology is good for environmental protection and saving energy and reclaiming material.

  1. Principle :double dryers heating regenerate technology(combined heating new material with regenerate material in another dryer ,and then mix together in the mixing tank). Reclaimed asphalt mixture about 50%.
