1, Pretreatment of reclaimed asphalt mixture:

Natural environment will affect the asphalt mixture road and roller compaction of vehicle will destroy the road, and the asphalt content and material quality can’t be controlled, so the factory should check the characteristic reclaimed asphalt mixture before use to control the mixture quality.

2, Heating ,weighing and mixing process for asphalt regenerate mixing

Regenerate asphalt mixture will be heated in the special dryer. In order to avoid old material coked during heating process and affect the physical features, so indirect heating method (heat blower) is adopted. This is a good way to avoid flame burning and coking old material and affecting physical features.

3,  Regenerate asphalt mixture will be put into a storage bin with heat preservation after heating. According to compound material , Electronic scale will meter material automatically, accuracy:±2.5%(dynamic).Old material temperature can be controlled between 80℃～150℃; control accuracy ±5℃.

Mix evenly hot metering regenerate asphalt mixture and new material in the mixer.

Conclusion :Regenerate asphalt plant achieves the auto and manual operation. This equipment can be modified in the basis of original equipment which can reduce capital and increase production efficiency.
