Working condition(attachment I)

Max capacity of mixing equipment is designed under following working conditions:

• Water content of raw material≤5%
• Dried sand material≤90℃
• Humidity of dried sand material≤0.5%
• Mud content of sand material≤3%
• Attitude≤1000m
• Environmental temperature is 25℃
• Average density proportion of sand material 1600kg/m³
• Exclude medium sand above 4.75mm
• Production includes all added filler.

Surrounding environment and parameters of material will affect actual production.

 Wet sand supplying system

Wet sand supplying system is composed of raw sand collective hopper, raw sand feeding hopper, raw sand primary screening machine, wet sand cold hopper, wet sand feeding belt, which finishes the work of raw sand conveying and primary screening. 

Raw sand in hopper will be sent to primary screening machine to remove coarse particle from raw sand, screened raw material then goes into storage bin, passing wet sand cold hopper, finally the wet sand will be sent into drying system through wet sand feeding belt.

Feeding quantity of belt feeder is adjusted by rotary speed of variable-frequency and variable-speed motor, and proper open degree of material discharging door

Batching hopper is put above conveyor with continuous variable frequency belt feeder, and there is material shortage alarm device fixed on the hopper with anti-arch device (vibration motor); feeding belt adopts high tenacity rubber belt with anti-skid roller and cleaning scraper board, which sent the wet sand direct to drying equipment.
