1, Dryer is made of 20G steel boiler plate, the optimal design of lifting boards froms  favourable flame area for high effiency of raw aggregate drying , and stainless steel coated insulating layer effectively reduces the heat losses in drying drum, save fuel consumption, improve the thermal efficiency. Drying cylinder combustion zone adopts wear-resisting, heat-resisting material, which prolongs service life.

2,Chain bucket type hot aggregate elevator with spring tensioner is driven by shaft-mounted gear reducer, which runs smoothly with brake motor agianst reverse rotation.

High strength and durable screen mesh with reasonable layout makes better vibration isolation effort during vibration screen running, big and wide screen opening makes it convenient to replace new mesh.Complete seal of whole body, with negative pressure design inside to avoid dust emission.

3.hot aggregate use rough and accurate weighing(two step weihging method), combined with automatic impulse compensation program, which will guarantee high weighing accuracy. Advanced computer automatic compensation function, which will ensure much more accurate weighing control system.

4, The double vortex mixing tank will reach to a optimum mixing effect, mixing arm, mixing paddle and liner board are made of special anti-frication cast steel, all linings are bolted outside of the tank, easy for maintenance and change. Mixing tank is driven by double-reducer, with oil-bath gearing working synchronously. Full open arc type discharging door can exhaust finished mixture rapidly which effectively reduces mixing cycle.

5,multi-stage dust collecting method, different size of filler will be collected and recycled to improve the utilization of raw material.Bag house filter adopts DUPONT NOMEX material filtering bags; high pressure compressed air impulse blowing system that will be much more efficient to clean dust, which will meet the environmental emission standards

6, Container type control room is convenient for transport, and  uses 2 layers of luxury aluminum alloy plate , and wide vision, apeople oriented and user-friendly operation system makes the operator work easily in complex producing site.
