1. Cold Aggregate Supply System
 

Cold aggregate supply system adopts frequency speed regulation  PLC control system for belt moving at proper speed flexibly.

Each aggregate ground hopper is equipped with feeding belt and audible and visual  alarm device, as soon as actua aggregate conveying is below the lower limit or suddenly being short of material, the device would alarm immediately to remind the operator to treat with that situation in time. The door of the cold feeder could be appropriately adjusted to meet the requirement of the aggregate speicification.

 

 

2. Drying Cylinder

Drying drum rotates automatically driven by four frictions wheels,which is equipped with spearate motor and reducer.Rotation of dryer body provides sufficient heat exchange area for aggregate inside dryer.

After being conveyed into drying drum, aggregate goes into the special designed lifting blade, which makes the material falling uniformly like the “aggregate curtain”, so that the aggregate can make sufficient heat exchange with the thermal energy produced by burner. In the flaming area,there are special thermal protection blades,  which would ensure no “aggregate curtain” in this area so that the flame would be sufficient burning, and form a protection layer between the blame and the internal wall of the drying drum in order to reduce the heat loss.



3. Burner
Italy EBICO oil burner imported with original packing, which has high burning efficiency, diesel, diesel/masut/ /natural gas as fuel is optional.

Burner control system provides function of remote automatic ignition and monitoring working condition. It is set with failure automatic flame out, failure automatic diagnosis and failure inspection instruction device which make the whole combustion system works safely and efficiently.

4. Dust Collection System
Two level dust collection system (volute casing collector + bag house collector), with high and low temperature protection device for the system security.
Bag house collector using USA Dupont NEMEX bags, heat resisting and long life

Environmental friendly, emission concentration is less than 20mg/Nm3

The bag of the bag house filter adopts high temperature resistant material, which can withstand 220°C high temperature. All the bags inlet are equipped with spring buckle, combing with the special bag support frame, which ensure quick and reliable fixing work of bags.

 

5, Mixing system,

 

Twin shaft compulsory mixer,horizontalshafe vortex type, driven by double geared motor reducers via equal gear wheels. The special mixer design is featured by double paddle arm pattern with powerful and intensive stirring mode, at low rotation speed and large capacity, effectively avoids segregation and secondary gradation changes during mixing, ensuring stable and ideal mixing quality.Mixer shafts has seals which achieves zero leakage.

Based on types of asphalt batching plant, two discharge methods are applied: discharging finished bitumen mixture into trolley which goes to finished product silo for storage; 

discharging the asphalt finished product directly into the trucks from the bottom of the mixing tower.
