General description of mobile type HMA(hot mixing asphalt plant)

QLB-Y Model Batch Mobile Asphalt Plant is simple and speedy forced intermittent asphalt mixing plant produced by xitong technology group for asphalt pavement construction facing domestic and overseas markets. The equipment is composed of 7～8 units,installed by the crane. Installation and debugging will be finished in 6～7 days after the new equipment comes on the scene. It can work and discharge normally in less than 10 days. The equipment is composed of following units: cold aggregate supply system；drying and hoisting system；mixing tower system；powder supply system；dust collecting system；asphalt heating system；asphalt storage tank system and control system.

Preparation before installation of mixing plant:

Check foundation drawing and finish condition.

Check if the installation area meets the needs of construction.

Check if the supply power is 380V/50HZ(or60HZ),and of right capacity.

Check the distance from power line to control room of mixing plant.

Check the location of crane:50t crane 1 set；25t crane 1 set；

Crane operators should be in place；welding machine 1set；torch cutting device(oxygen,acetylene)1set；auxiliary worker 4～6.

Check if there is 1000kg standard weight(each 20-25kg)for checking scales.

Check completeness and intactness of unit components and corresponding spare parts.
