Notice on hoisting task of the QLB-Y Model Batch Mobile Asphalt Plant.

1, Crane safety matters before mixing tower installation:

Safe operation of the crane

A, Before the equipment installation,dismantlement,transportation,technicists and workers with construction experience should research and work out scheme and carry out technical disclosure with operators who should be concentrated when operating and conform to unified command.

B, Pay attention to construction environment,and check if there are hazardous location, overhead power line and other obstruction in working area；some restricted area should be settled and guarded by appointed people. Operators should use safety appliance according to the regulation.

C, All bearing bar,steel cable,lifting power and anchor should be checked the stress intensity,safety factor no less than 3.0. Safety factor of the steel cable should be fixed according to the service condition: cable:3.5；cable crane,bearing machine:3.75,manual hoisting equipment:4.5；engine driven hoisting equipment:5～6；sling no bending 6～7；binding hoisting8～10(steel cable stress intensity should be reduced according to the standard due to abrasion and filament breakage till Scrap.

D,Steel cable for hoisting can be connected with holdingdownclip ,and the direction should be identical ,and interval should be 5～6 times.U-bolt should be clasped at the end of steel cable,pressure plate should be on the bearer cable. lap length of the rope(jack line)should be no less than 15 times,and no shorter than 300mm.

E, When hoisting with several steel cables or one steel cables of branches, you should make sure that each steel cable and each branch get stress equably. The angle(steel cable and ground level angle) should no less than 45°.

F, Rigging and clog with sharp edge angle should be underlaid with jute bag,rubber sheet,board,reduce breaking force according to distorting angle of thesteel cable(breaking force calculation refering to regulation).

G, The located or moved hoisting equipment should test hoisting cautiously before real hoisting.Namely ,hoist the load 20～30cm to the ground and stop to check steel cable,knighthead,foundation,anchor block if there is variation and danger.put the load down and reinforce if finding variation and danger.

H, When the pulling rope and horizontal guide pulley get stress,it is strictly prohibited to stand or walk in triangular space inside.

I, Personnel who pack loads and hook should fix the hook and steel cable,pack the loads firmly,find centre of gravity of hook,hoist the loads vertically not slantingly.Make sure that there is nobody on and down the loads when lifting.

J, When using chain block,you should carry out in the rated lifting range and never over load.when the temperature is below -10℃,you should halve hoisting capacity.pull the loop chain slowly and evenly,keep direction of tension chain identical to tangential direction of chain wheel.

K, When hoist the load vertically by chain block,the operator pulling loop chain should stand lateral below the chain block. Tension chainer can set according to the weight of load,no more than 4 people at most.Check the cause and don’t add staff aimlessly when the tensile force increases suddenly while hoisting .

L, Before hoisting ,check the intactness of hook,chain,gear,availability of braking torque.If there’s crack,brokenperforation in driver gear or the abrasion of thickness of tooth reaches 30%, it should be abandoned；if there’s plastic distortion in chain or diameter abrasion reaches 10%, it should be abandoned. Brake torque can be checked by way of test hoist .If reliable, normal operation can be carried out.
