Characteristic of Control systems:
The Xitong Control system features simple and intuitive operation, a very clear sturcture and perfectly realistic visualisation. All functions and operating elements of the proess control system are displayed clearly in the computer animation and controlled with a mouse or keyboard.
Other than fully automatic mode, the control system also offers an option of a manual operating level and semi-auto operating level.This allows the operator to control all drives,switches,doors, and valves separately. The real-time presentation of the mixing process with graphical monitoring of set values and actual values is displayed on the 17” monitor.
All the plant's mixing processes or certain steps or stages could be freely selected,for adjustment or calibration or diagnose,so the scales can be filled and the aggregate, filler, bitumen and RAP material added to the mixer in any order.Function of continuous tare compensation is also integrated, and corrections can be made subsequently on the basis of previous mixtures. The uninterruptible power supply ensures operational safety.
