Product Description

Continuous level indicator mobile asphalt batch mixing plant with Festo air cylinde

 

One by one location and installation of batch mobile asphalt plant.

 

Step 1,

Make the mixing tower in assigned position with the tractor, put down adjustable landing leg,drive the tractor away;unfold each platform,fix all parts;install the handrail;assemble straight tube of direct discharge storehouse;

 

Set special hoisting bar Continuous Level Indicator Asphalt Mixing Plant Mobile With Festo Air Cylinder,buckle steel cable and lock catch,total 6(Figure1),hoisting position is foursquare place underneath the vibrating screen.

Use a 50T crane as main crane,a 25Tcrane as auxiliary crane,which hoist the mobile landing leg of main building;two cranes hoist the main building tilting slowly,50T up,25T down(Figure2);keep the main building vertical,locate two landing legs of tyre side according to foundation,hoist main building to assigned position;unfold first floor staircase of main building,install staircase handrail,and fix;hoist,install No.4 storage hopper.

Step 2, 

Make dryer and hoisting system mobile unit in assigned position by the tractor,put down adjustable landing leg,drive the tractor away;hoist it back and forth by a 25T crane,unfold each landing leg of dryer,and locate(hoist the whole system of dryer and hoisting system car by a 50T crane,and then unfold each landing leg of dryer,and locate;

Make the stone slide horizontally to the fixure;install stone platform and stone discharge nozzle;fix steel cable on top of the stone,hoist the stone:make the stone surround rotating pivot to the appointed upright position with fan path by a 50T crane,keep the state,adjust supporting guide plate under-part of the stone,lock it to the ground;install connecting piece between screen shell and stone discharge nozzle,and fix;install battery tube of direct discharge bin,softconnect.

 

Step 3,

Make dust collector system mobile unit in assigned position,hoist the whole dust collector system car,unfold landing legs front ,back ,middle of the bag and locate;connect primary dust collector pipeline between this car and dryer hoisting system car,install cold blast valve;connect screw conveyer(2 sets)between under-part of collector and stone,mount conveyer bridge;connect secondary induced draft pipe between the top of primary dust collector pipeline and vibrating screen shell.
