20G steel boiler plate asphalt mixing station with ≥ 10000H service life rolling ring
1. Add aggregate into drum dryer
⑴. At beginning, start drum, ignite burner, preheat drum with small flame. Long time preheating is not suitable, usually 3 to 5 minutes is good. when the exhausting gas temperature reaches 100℃, add gradually increased aggregate. Increase oil gradually until the equipment works stably according to the temperature of discharged aggregate.
⑵. If the quantity and moisture of aggregate always change, then it is needed to adjust burner accordingly. Although automation has been designed to correct aggregate temperature, which is influenced by moisture and quantity, but the temperature will also experience disaccord at great extent. So, in order to get stable temperature, the aggregate should have stable moisture.
⑶. After the equipment stopped, aggregate is forbade to be left in dryer. After everyday work, empty the dryer through running it. When it is empty already, shutdown the burner and let the drum racing 30 minutes to cool it and reduce the possible deformation or linearity influence to lowest limit.
⑷. High efficiency burner generates heat; temperature is automatically controlled and adjusted according to the temperature value detected by an infrared thermoscope, which installed on chute.
2. Maintenance
⑴. In normal running, the tires locate on the 4 trunnions equably, and their surfaces contact well. If there is clearance between them, add steel pad to shell seat until the clearance eliminated. Do not move the shell seat but only drive it up vertically.
⑵. In normal running, the tire contacts one of the two thrust rollers, and in load running, the ideal condition is that the tire contacts the one near outlet trunk. If this contact cause severe abrasion or excessive bearing temperature for thrust rollers (>700C), adjust the trunnions aptly.
