Dust collecting system:
The two-step dedusting system is applied for effective dust collecting, which includes: gravity type, and the second: bag type. Cold air valve is equipped, and temperature sensor is set, with auto control function and secondary protection device(against high temp. and super high temp), which means---aotu open mixer selector valve for temp. adjustment at high temp., timing control the burner against super temperature, to protect bag.
Main mixing frame:
The main mixing frame is assembled by container-type/containerized section,which is composed of vibration system,screening system, hot aggregate storage section, cone storage section for hot aggregate,mixing floor, carrier(to collect ready bitumen mixture and send to finished product bin) layer,Toledo sensor are applied for metering of materials and double horizontal shaft reducers are used for mixing process
Cerebral center of the whole mixing plant--- central control system:
Mainly use schneider electronic parts as main components to ensure durability and stability, for all parts in control room, 98% of which are originally imported to ensure best quality ,Mitsubishi PLC could realize freely switch between full auto, semi-auto and manual pattern; IPC could realize printing realtime product data, and date for certain time or period could be easily searched and printed for check. The system supports multy language, which could also easily swithch by a single click during production.Dynamic process monitoring simultaneously reflects working process by Dynamic Virtual Video, it has the function of formula input, formula storage, formula upload,download and acquire time, adjustment,fly spatter amendment, Self-Test Diagnostics, failure, warning, interlock protection and production data storage, random and free search,query and print.
