*Screen system

Screening system is composed of vibration body and five layers of screen, which is made of high strength manganese steel; it's easy to change and maintenance, thanks to the specially designed structure,polarization and inclined vibration would be avoid effectively.

The vibration system is covered overally with strictly sealing; decompression pipeline joint is reserved at top of vibration body; with decompression and air inducing device, Channel vacuum tube is fixed reasonally in right position, screen is firmed assembled and convenient to be replaced.Exciting force could be adjusted by adding or reducing flail blocks(swing/amplitude is available for adjusting).

*Weighing system

Weighing system consists of hot aggregate metering mechanism, bitumen metering mechanism and bitumen metering&spraying system.Filler metering mechanism adopts new and used filler in-proportion metering method; at outlet of metering screw conveyor, rapid pneumatic butterfly valve is set for reducing impulse of weighing; take the step of first metering then conveying, conveying screw pasts through the whole mixer, to ensure filler evenly spreading into tank.Asphalt injection applies high viscosity asphalt pump, spray of bitumen uses upward pumping and speading, asphalt spraying pipe applies dual casing sleeve pipes and heated by heat transfer oil; the spraying process is fast and even for effectively reducing mixing cycle and improve production.
