⑶. Adjusting method

① firstly, be sure of dryer moving direction, loose fixing bolts on shell seat, then, adjust the trunnions angle according to sketch map.

② too large adjusting extent or is not suitable, and only adjust single trunnion is prohibited. Each time, over 2 mm displacement is inadvisable for bearing seats. After the dryer running several cycles, adjust the seats again. Until the dryer runs at the most suitable situation, screw down bolts anew.

③ after adjusting trunnions, if clearance appears between the contact face of tire and trunnion, modify the clearance according to forementioned methods.

④ the correct position of trunnion is showed as follows, be in parallelogram slightly, so as to avoid sliding down due to incline. Strictly prohibit any two trunnions to be in eight, or the surface of trunnion will easily be abraded. Unevenness on tire surface, dryer vibration will be caused during run.

⑷. Check raising board for deformation, weld, and bolt to avoid raising board breaking off, which would cause severe aftermath.

⑸. Check the connecting bolt between tire and flexible Z-board for loose.

⑹. Grease bearing according to lubrication schedule.

⑺. Thrust roller is used for keeping the site of dryer, not for centralizing tire or trunnion. The space between two thrust rollers should be 5-mm bigger than tire breadth.
