1, Drying drum uses special raising plate for better heating effort of material dryer, where there is no material deposit and no need to clean consequently.

2,Tail gas from reclaimed material dryer would come into new aggregate dryer for secondery burning. Tail gas reflux technology could make smoke composition that out from reclaimed material dryer fully burnt off, meanwhile reducing discharging amount of tail gas and saving energy consumption for new aggregate dryer.
 
3, Burner flame goes into reclaimed material dryer via furnace chamber, whose inner wall adopts new process combined by high temperature resistant stainless steel plate and High temperature resistant castable. Inner wall temperature dropping and protection are realized by backflow gas between periphery of burner flame and the inner wall of furnace chamber, for the purpose of saving heat energy and prolonging service life. Adopt imported low pressure atomization and long and thin flame burner, no raising material in flame area, which keeps asphalt mixture away from flame so as to prevent asphalt from aging.

4, Heated by conduction oil pipeline, wall of storage bin would not be so easy to stick asphalt. Meanwhile, maintenance hole is set at bin top, cleaning as long as material sticking once found, without affect the normal production of the equipment
 
5,  Use drop compensation method to weight the reclaimed asphalt mixture , computer self-correction, high weighing accuracy.Weighing of reclaimed asphalt mixture adopts compensation of drop in elevation for high accuracy of weighing, which is automatically corrected by PC.
 
6, Weighing hopper of recycled asphalt material adopts multiple-open-door technology, making reclaimed asphalt mixture get into the new material mixing tank quickly and evenly, and weighing hopper has interlock with mixing tank, which means, once new material stops feeding, reclaimed material feeding also stops; mixer stops timing once reclaimed material does not enter into mixer.
 
7, The chute between the outlet of reclaimed material hoister and drum dryer adopts circular no-sticky tube structure, and mounted with maintenance hole for easy observing.
