Asphalt road surface Hot-in-place recycling is a kind of pavement maintenance technology which refers to heating, scarifying, adding reclaiming agent and new asphalt mixture, remixing, paving and pavement compaction.
Reclamation and reuse of old asphalt pavement is a complete set of working craft method, which means by using special equipment for pavement regeneration, to mill off asphalt road pavement, via recycling, heating, crushing and screening process, then remix with new mixture(virgin aggregate and asphalt) according to a certain proportion out from for road pavement repaving.

This method applies to improve asphalt road surface shape and mixture properties like cracks, potholes and rutting, which is normally fit for damages of the pavement has not being affected to base course.

Construction process
Multi-step asphalt pavement hot-in-place recycler train, independent developed by Wuxi Xitong Chuangfei Road Machinery Co., Ltd, consists of two heaters, one miller for original road pavement, one channel heater, one channel miller, one two-layer heater and one lifting remixer, total 7 separate equipments, matched with a paver, various rollers and several dumpers to operate the hot-in-place work.
