Asphalt pavement hot in-place recycling equipment is mainly applied to repairing of loosing, pot holes, ruts, flushing, waves and net-shaped cracking and other diseases on asphalt pavement, is a kind of preventive maintenance technology.
Hot-in-place asphalt recycling equipment consists of 3 hot air circulation Heaters, 1 miller and 1 Remixer. By heating, milling, collecting, adding new asphalt mixture and regenerant, reheating, recombination-mixing and combined with paving and rolling devices, the hot in-place asphalt pavement recycling construction would be finished. As pavement repairing work could be carried out continuously, on basis of working 8-10 hours per day, road width of 4 meters, construction schedule per day is available to reach 1-1.8kilometers.
