Description

Five-Bin Feeder
It is integrated type. Below each hopper, there is individual belt feeder, which feeds special quantity of aggregate to the long belt conveyor under hoppers according to the ratio.

Vibrating Screen
The vibrating screen in QLB-2000 model is designed into high-effective, large-volume aggregate classifying equipment. It can screen aggregate of exact specification in spite of thin or coarse, wet or dry.

Conveyors

There are 2 conveyors for cold feeding system, one is collective conveyor that gathering various sizes of aggregate dropping onto it. Another is that receives aggregate from the gathering conveyor and feeds it to the dryer drum..

Dryer Drum
The dryer is accurately fabricated to ensure proper heating of aggregates with minimum heat loss. Specially designed flights and guilding plates lift and distribute the aggregate into special material curtain,to make aggregate being heated in short time withi high efficiency. A fully automatic high-pressure auto jet burner is mounted at one end of the drum.

Bitumen Tanks
Three Bitumen Tanks with 30T capacity, fabricated from steel plates with 50mm rockwool insulation,equipped with manhole, thermocouples, etc. Before pumped into storage tank, bitumen is pumped into 2 cubic meter asphalt reception tank from trucks.

Dust collecting system

The dust collection system consists of cyclone dust collecting, exhaust fan, chimney,bag filter(bag dust collector), bag, screw conveyor.
