Descpirtion: 

1, 4 cold feed bins. with feeding belt conveyor adopts frequency control; each cold hopper is equipped with sound-light alarm device for material shortage and mesh is also fixed to keep off the oversized aggregate.

2, The dryer adopts 4 friction wheel to drive which runs smoothly; drying drum is covered by rock wool and stainless steel for isolation and better heat effort.

And the main body of dryer adopts heat resistant steel plates which ensure

the long working life.

3, Multiple burners are available and optional for customization , such as coal burner, diesel burner, gas burner or mazut burner.Either on euqipement structure or performance, burners are specially designed to match different requirements of asphalt mixing plant so as to facilitate production.

4, The dust system is composed of primary cyclone dust removal and secondary bag house system. The bag house colud be additionally equipped with dust wet mixing equipment which further reduces the pollution. The emission concentration is less than 20mg/Nm³.

5, Modular design of mixing tower provides convenience in assemble,disassembly or tranport, and also reduces installation time.Auto lubracted bearings greatly minimize the failure rate and 3 point pull type weighing sensor guarantees accurate weighing and better performance.

6, High abrasive mesh (65Mn) provides better screening performance, long servicelife and low maintenance cost. Optimized design shields against dust spills, which is more environmentally friendly.Wide maintenance door is fixed on both sides of screen for quick and easy replace.
