The common method of trouble removal for software/control system

⑴. Computer and PLC do not communicate.

• Check the communication cable between computer and PLC for linkage error.
• Check the soldering tins on two heads of cable for shelling.
• Check the computer serial interface for damage.
• Check the TDPRO operating system for damage.
• Check the softdog for loose.
• Check the communication modules of PLC for loose or damage.
• Check the operation state of PLC to judge if it is ‘RUN’

⑵. Fail to print producing data.

l Check the communication cable between computer and printer for linkage.

⑶. Fail to indicate the weight correctly:

• The weight display on computer and the revision of CB920 is not set correctly.

⑷. Periphery electromotor fail to work
