The operation principle and process of finished product hoppers/ready product bin:

The hoppers adopts 1-step feeding mode, namely, with a trolley to deliver the material to hoppers. Its principle and process is, mixer discharge, material enters the trolley, and drag pulls the trolley to hopper entrance, material stores in hoppers, and hoppers discharge material to trucks. All the discharging doors of trolley and hoppers are forced by air-cylinders automatically. The upper process goes automatically, and it is related with mixer, furthermore, it can also be operated manually in case necessary.

Heat preservation: there is annular hot-oil pipes on the downside of each hopper, electricity heated boards on discharging doors, heat insulation layer on the outside of entire hopper.

Electric control system of finished product hoppers

The system is powered with alternating current of 3-phasic, 380 v, 50 Hz. The capacity of transformer is no less than 150-k-volt-ampere. There is an air break switch of DZ10-250A act as over-loading and short-circuit protection, with voltage meter, current meter and indicator light to show the operation state of the equipment. There is heat relay to proceed over-loading and short-circuit protection for the trolley.
