Preparation requirements for installation and trial run of mobile type asphalt mixing plant for customer
I. Following items are necessary for equipment installation
1. The equipment should be placed beside base construction after arrival (do not keep long way distance).
2. Installation site should be base on condition that all of road traffic, electricity and water are available and the road should be solid and flat. Plant base should be finished well according to provided drawing, of which surface must be smooth and level.
3. Facilities and tools needed at site
A 50T Mobile crane/truck crane, a 25T Mobile crane/truck crane (during installation of main building and drier, both of them are needed simultaneously for 1 day).

A 2T chain block
A 5T lifting jack
A hemp rope (about 20mm diameter and 30m long)
2 ladders at least 4m.
1 set of welding machine and gas cutting equipment
Other necessary tools in common use: 2 crowbars, 1 mash hammer, 3 hand hammers (2.5 pounds), 2 monkey spanners (12 inch), 1 electric drill, 1 angle grinder and 1 crimping plier.
Enough safety helmets and safety belts, anybody who enters site should be equipped with safety belts.
4. Necessary protection facilities against bad weather (such as a gale, rain or snow).
5. Installation personnel (better for skilled): 1 installation team leader, 1 fitter, 2 welders, 1 electrician and 1 lifting worker.
6. 4-6 ancillary workers, in which there should be 2 high climbers.
II Trial run, training and trial production of plant should be based on following condition:
1, Power line from transformer to mixer should be connected, electricity in normal supply (380V/50Hz/3-phase AC).
2. Make operators and maintenance personnel stand by and enter site in time.
3. Prepare various lubricating oil/grease for equipments according to manual, including high temperature lithium base grease whose dropping point temperature should be no less than 190℃ and penetration is 220/250dmm. 320# heat conduction oil should be about 5T.
4. Preparation of fuel:
Diesel oil in conformity with seasons’ use;
5. Liquefied petroleum gas used for burner ignition.
6. Weights with 500kg in gross (25kg for each).
7. Prepare asphalt, mineral powder and aggregate to be used in production, and enough material loaders and transport vehicles for finished material.
If any faultiness occurs in above 2 items, our site workers would be in charge of supplement and amendment.
