Guarantee terms:
The product quality “Three guarantee” period is one year, if equipment has some trouble during the quality assurance period, the maintenance operator(s) should come to the site after informed by the buyer to settle all troubles occurred by equipment or other cause free of charge. In case of some parts break down(such as motors or reducers), which fails to ensure normal running of equipment, parts for replacement will send asap via airway.
The product will have lifelong paid service after the quality assurance period, and free of engineering service fee. Provide lifelong technical support for the equipment
Pre-sale Service
After the contract comes into effect, the company will offer customers the layout, a foundation drawing and a technical data about the product like the base requirement about static force.
If needed, we can offer training prior to the equipment installation for your operators and maintenance men until they can operate the equipment independently. During the period, we will take care of trainees' room and board.
After-sale Service
The company will dispatch the engineering technicians for free installation and debugging of the whole equipment. If needed, we can also offer professional interpretation and on-site training for relevant operators and servicemen from customers. All of the help will not leave until one month after the equipment can function well. The prolonged service fees will be at customers' cost.
The product quality is usually guaranteed for 1 year; during this period, we will provide repair service for any problem resulted from the product quality. And we can exchange the equipment part that is out of service for customers free of charge and also promise the one-year quality guarantee against the changed part.
