1.0 Filler and waste providing system
System has 2 storage silos, one for new and another for recycled filler, each silo has damped rotation type material levelling device and straight ladder with safety ring; Safety rail, dust collector and safety valve are set on bin top; arch breaking air cushion is installed at cone part of bin outlet to prevent filler from backlogging. Filler silo and recycled filler silo are equipped with screw conveyor (Italy WAM) to send filler directly to metering bin.
1.1 Filler silo
Via air force, filler would going to storage silo through pipeline. Sound-light alarm will be given when filler is full, telling operator preventing ash overflow. Filler silo is equipped with screw conveyor(Italia WAM), which send the filler directly to filler metering hopper.

1.2 Waste filler silo
Waste filler from air back flush type dust collector will be sent into waste silo through screw conveyor and filler elevator. Waste filler bin is equipped with screw conveyor (Italia WAM) which send recycled filler directly to old filler weighing hopper.

1.3 Waste filler hoist
Hoister is hopper type, using belt to lift, running smoothly without noise, with rapid hoisting speed and high efficiency. There is chain spring tensioning device at the both sides of hoister bottom; Platform is equipped at top for maintenance of hoister.

2.0 Pneumatic control system
Pneumatic control system is composed of air cylinder, air valve, pressure adjustment valve, oil-water separator, oil sprayer and high pressure tube. System air source adopts screw air compressor, with 2 compressed air storage tank, in which 1 is used for the whole mixing tower, bag type dust collector, finished product bin, another for fuel atomization of burner.
