710m2 filtering area air back flushing type bag filter asphalt mixing plant with WAM screw conveyor​

 

Descpition for bag filter
1.0 Dust collector

The dust collector is made of a secondary system,primary system is the dust separator(volute casing collector), and the secondary system is the bag type filter, which is used for collecting dust during production. System includes cold blast door,draught fan, exhaust chimney and filler conveyor which are controlled by thermometer

 

1.1 Coarse grain dust separator (Volute casing collector)

Coarse grain dust separator collects coarse grain dust (≥0.075mm) by angle adjustable guidance plate through sudden changing direction of air flow, then send the dust to hot aggregate powder hoist through the conveyer pipeline, to ensure the ratio accuracy of small aggregate in asphalt mixture. Dust that ≤0.075mm be sent to bag collector.

1.2 Bag collector

Box type bag collector is of sub-room structure, there is fiber filter bag supported by the steel frame in each sub-room, the bag is made of Nomex material, at the mouth of bag there is spring buckle for easy fix and good sealing; air back-flushing system s fixed at top of each sub-room, whose working principle is: through the movement of air-cylinder, air flow direction will be changed depending on pressure difference, back-flushing system puts outside airflow reversely through the filter bag to make dust fall down, then send the exhaust dust to the storage bins through spiral conveyer and reclaimed powder hoist, or drain the dust outward through spiral conveyer (Usually in the event that dust content is high or large in the reclaimed dust).

Cold blast door is fixed at the air inlet end of bag collector, when dust temperature rises over set working temperature(less than 160℃), it will open automatically to keep bag safe work normally. As the dust temperature rises over than limit, burner will shut down automatically.
